SUMMARY:
At the December 16, 2019 Work Session Council approved a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) agreement with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Skanska USA Building, Inc., of Tampa, FL for Imagine Clearwater construction services. Skanska has provided staff with pricing options for redevelopment of the park and amphitheater sites. Staff is seeking feedback from Council on the direction of this project.

Funds are available in capital improvement project ENGF180013, Imagine Clearwater, to fund this proposal.
