SUMMARY:
At the December 16, 2019 Work Session Council approved a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) agreement with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Skanska USA Building, Inc., of Tampa, FL for Imagine Clearwater construction services which included renovations to the Main Library. Staff is seeking direction from Council on the status of this project.

Funds are available in capital improvement project ENGF180013, Imagine Clearwater, to fund this proposal.
