Provide staff direction regarding the elimination of the Level 5 addition to the Clearwater Main Library.

SUMMARY:
Elimination of the level 5 addition will result in an estimated reduction of $4,966,227 to the Main Library project bringing the new proposed total for the Main Library project to $3,849,497. Staff seeks to continue design and pricing for interior renovations, shade structure and amenities for existing rooftop terrace, along with the proposed Level 1and 2 enhancements that will allow for activation with the Imagine Clearwater project.
