SUMMARY:
VC Clearwater Senior Housing LTD (Grantor) has granted a non-exclusive five-foot wide natural gas easement, on property located at 2425 N. McMullen Booth Rd, Clearwater, FL 33759, (Parcel ID#, 33-28-16-00000-220-0100) for the installation of a natural gas distribution line. This line will serve commercial business. The easement grant is sufficient for the City to maintain and replace its facilities as necessary in perpetuity, or until such time as the City determines to abandon its use.
