SUMMARY:
In compliance with City Council Policy 3-11, Strategic Direction/Planning, Council meets in a strategic planning session prior to the development of the City Manager’s proposed budget. Staff recommends holding a special work session on Monday, March 20, 2023 to review the five-year financial forecast and the City’s strategic direction, vision, and mission.
