SUMMARY:
On October 4, 2021, City Council provided direction for the issuance of a Request for Proposals for a consultant firm to assist the city in the evaluation, development, and implementation of a Small Business Enterprise Program (SBE Program) for the procurement of goods, services, and construction.
On October 13, 2021, an informal Request for Proposals was released. One bid response was received by the due date. Morrison & Associates, Inc. met the bid qualifications and was duly awarded the contract with work to be conducted in three Phases: 1) Evaluation, 2) Development, and 3) Implementation.
The City of Clearwater Small Business Enterprise Readiness Report (Phase 1 - Evaluation) was received on April 25, 2022.
