Approve a Legal Services Agreement with Trask Daigneault, LLP for representation for the Civil Service Board and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent)

SUMMARY:
The Civil Service Board does not currently have outside counsel to represent them and the City Attorney’s Office wishes to hire Trask Daigneault to do so.
This agreement is exempt from the bidding requirements under Section 2.563(g), Clearwater Code of Ordinances.
APPROPRIATION CODE AND AMOUNT:
Funds are available in cost code 0109600-530100, Professional Services, to fund this contract.
