Request authorization to engage Collaborate Labs for facilitation services for an amount not to exceed $5,000 and other Downtown Coordination Committee Updates

SUMMARY:
The Downtown Coordination Committee meeting minutes from June 30, 2021, were provided to members for review and discussion.
At their June 30, 2021 meeting, the Downtown Coordination Committee discussed having a facilitator at an upcoming meeting. Staff reached out to Collaborative Labs at St. Petersburg College and provided Collaborative Labs with a scope of service for a half-day session at the cost of $4,450.
Staff recommends the approval of the scope of service provided and an amount not to exceed $5,000. The budgeted amount of $5,000 will cover all costs related to this half-day session with a facilitator at Collaborative Labs.
The DDB has funding available in its Project and Policy budget to pay for facilitation services.
