Review an update on the Downtown Clearwater Mural Program Phase II.

SUMMARY:
As of May 26, 2021, artist DAAS is nearing completion of his mural located on the east façade of 701 Franklin Street. Public feedback has been very supportive, and the project has had positive press and news coverage. Artist Cecilia Lueza is beginning her tests of different paint materials at the intersection of Cleveland Street and Garden Avenue. A date has not yet been identified for the third mural, by artist MJ Lindo-Lawyer but is anticipated to begin by September 2021.
