SUMMARY:
The Clearwater Arts Alliance has submitted a report on the completion of the grant-funded signal box wrap projects. The Public Art and Design Advisory Board awarded the Alliance a grant of $9,000 for the creation of six boxes with designs by local artists in the Milton Park, Skycrest, Lake Bellevue, Clearwater Beach, Valencia Park, and Spring Branch neighborhoods. The projects have been embraced by the neighborhood groups and have supported the work of many local artists.
The Alliance invites the Board to attend a dedication ceremony for the Spring Branch neighborhood on Saturday, June 5 at 10:30am at the corner of N. Betty Lane and Sunset Point Road. The Alliance, City Councilmembers, neighbors, and artist Nathan Beard will be in attendance.
