Accept a utility easement from Ft. Harrison Prop Co LLC for the construction, installation, and maintenance of city utility facilities on real property located at 500 McLennan Street and adopt Resolution 21-03.

The Utility Easement will allow the city rights for construction, installation, and maintenance of utility facilities as the commercial site is developed for a new office building.
