Summary:
The purpose of this item is to request approval for a Marketing Assistance grant for the Community Redevelopment Agency, CRA. The CRA will provide a variety of opportunities to enjoy various events in the month of November and December for visitors, residents, families, and employees within the downtown district. Projects for Holiday Extravaganza includes a series of Holiday movies, window decorations for business, Holiday lighting, and creative place making projects, which aligns with the 20/21 Work Plan to increase awareness of downtown as an fun destination for Clearwater’s residents, employees, and visitors.
