First Public Hearing Budget Hearing and adoption of Resolution 20-04

SUMMARY:
In accordance with Chapter 20 of the Florida Statutes, which defines requirements for the Determination of Millage and the rules governing Truth in Millage (TRIM) compliance, the Downtown Development Board, DDB, must hold two public hearings to adopt a final millage rate for the new fiscal year. The adoption of this resolution is to adopt the budget.
The DDB approved a preliminary budget at the August 27, 2020 meeting that outlined the proposed estimates of revenues and expenditures for the 2020/21 fiscal year.
