SUMMARY: 

The Florida League of Cities is hosting their annual conference on August 13 -14 via Zoom.

The League is asking each municipality to designate one official to be the voting delegate at the Annual Business Session on Friday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. Election of League leadership and adoption of resolutions are undertaken at the business meeting.

At the August 3, 2020 work session, there was council consensus to appoint Councilmember Kathleen Beckman. Staff was directed to place the item on the Consent Agenda.
