Appoint an Auditor for the next five years

SUMMARY:
An RFP, for Independent CPA-Audit Services, was advertised for services in May of 2020. We received four responses which were distributed on June 16 to board members for review. The Downtown Development Board, DDB, sitting as the Auditor Selection Committee, will discuss and rank proposals received to determine an auditor to appointment for the next five years.
The previous auditor, Clifton Larson Allen, was selected in 2015, and they just completed their first five-year term. Monica Mitchell, Assistant Director of Finance, is managing the selection process.
