Appoint Downtown Development Board members to serve as nominating committee for the October 2020 Election

SUMMARY:
Between 4-5 DDB members are appointed yearly to serve as the nominating committee to recruit members to run in the upcoming election. Members R. Cassano and V. Devineni are not eligible to serve on the nominating committee as their terms will end in December of 2020. All other DDB members are eligible to serve on the committee. Staff will work with the committee to solicit names and will report back to the board at the August meeting with a list of eligible candidates.
