The transfer of these funds to the Legal Fees line will cover all costs associated with the DDB attorney through the end of the fiscal year.

1.                     Transfer $5,000 from Host High Tech Workforce Event line to Legal Fees line.

2.                     Transfer $5,000 from DDB Ordinance Update Project line to Legal Fees line.

3.                     Transfer $898 remaining balance from DDB Minutes Preparation line to Legal Fees line.
