Schedule a special council meeting on Thursday, June 11 at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of a strategic planning session.

SUMMARY:
Council Policy 3-12 states, “Prior to June 1st of each year and prior to the development of the City Manager’s proposed budget, the City Council shall meet in a strategic planning session(s) to review the five-year financial forecast and update as necessary, the City’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Direction (Goals). From these documents a five-year strategic plan will be updated.”
Staff is recommending holding this session on June 11, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in council chambers.
