Approve the request from the owners of property addressed as 1006 Eldorado Avenue, Clearwater, FL to vacate a platted 5-foot Utility Easement, lying in a portion of Lot 8, Block 69, Mandalay, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 32, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and pass Ordinance 9381-20 on first reading.

SUMMARY: 

The property owners at 1006 Eldorado Avenue, Clearwater, FL have requested that the City vacate a 5-foot platted Utility Easement along the rear of their property.

The purpose of this vacation will be to allow construction of a pool and pool deck.

There are no utilities present within this easement.  City staff have reviewed this vacation and have no objection.
