Adopt Ordinance 9358-20 on second reading, approving amendments to the Clearwater Code of Ordinances, Chapter 25 - Public Conveyances, to define commercial megacycles and definitions to establish standards for commercial megacycles, to require a license for commercial megacycles to be operated in the city and to add penalties; approve amendments to the Clearwater Code of Ordinances, Chapter 6 - Alcoholic Beverages, to provide an exemption for megacycle passengers.
