Approve the request from the City of Clearwater to vacate a portion of a right-of-way, lying in the North 10 ft. of the South 30 ft. of Lot 12, Block G, Fairmont Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and pass Ordinance 9327-19 on first reading.

SUMMARY: 

City staff recommends the vacation of the right-of-way.  Said right-of-way is not necessary for municipal use and it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City and the general public that the same be vacated.
