SUMMARY: 

City Council Policy 3-12, Strategic Direction/Planning, requires Council to meet in a strategic planning session to review the five-year financial forecast and update, as necessary, the City’s Vision, Mission and Strategic Direction (Goals). This session must be held prior to June 1^st.

Staff has confirmed that the consultants for the compensation and classification study will be in attendance.
