Amend the 2019 city council meeting schedule to cancel the Monday, July 29 work session. (consent)

SUMMARY:
The American Public Gas Association’s Annual Conference has been scheduled to take place July 28, 2019 through July 31, 2019 in Stowe, Vermont. Staff has been asked to cancel the July 29 work session to accommodate the Mayor’s attendance at the conference.
The council meeting will be held on Thursday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m.
