Adopt Ordinance 9171-18 on second reading, amending the future land use element of the Comprehensive Plan of the city to designate the land use for certain real properties whose post office addresses are 3030 Lake Vista Drive, 3059 Merrill Avenue, 3047 Grand View Avenue, 3060 Glen Oak Avenue North, and 3041 Terrace View Lane, all within Clearwater, Florida 33759, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as Residential Low (RL).
