SUMMARY: 

May 17, 2017, City Council approved a JPA between Pinellas County and the City of Clearwater for utility relocations as part of Pinellas County Lake Avenue Culvert from Barry Avenue to Jeffords Street Project, where the agreement provides funding of the City’s utility relocation to be completed by the County’s contractor as part of their construction project.

This amendment provides for an extension of the agreement duration to be 365 days from the date of full execution of this First Amendment, giving the City’s right to terminate the agreement if the County fails to issue a Notice to Proceed within the term.

All other provisions and conditions in the agreement remain the same
