SUMMARY: 

Approve a 5-year Lease Agreement between the City of Clearwater and the Civil Air Patrol beginning January 1, 2018 and ending December 31, 2022. The Civil Air Patrol has enjoyed a long history of operating out of the Clearwater Airpark, and is a Congressionally chartered auxiliary of the United States Air Force.
