At the February 27 work session, there was council consensus to reappoint Barbara Blakely, Elizabeth Folk and Barbara Ann Murphey to the Library Board. Staff was directed to place the item on the Consent Agenda and to approach the Citizens Academy Graduates regarding the remaining board vacancy.
