SUMMARY:
On April 9, 2014, an employee of Dallas 1 Corporation f/k/a Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc. hit a 2-inch PE main gas line with a track-hoe at Kentucky Avenue and Davis Lane, New Port Richey, FL. Repairs to the gas line cost $948.43.
Demand letters have been sent to Dallas 1 Corporation f/k/a Dallas 1 Construction & Development, Inc. but no response has been received.
Costs relative to this action will include a $175 filing fee, and fees for service of process of approximately $60.
