SUMMARY:
On April 15, 2015, an employee of Challenger Irrigation, Inc. cut a 1-inch gas service line with a track-hoe at 8425 US Hwy 19 N., Port Richey, FL. Repairs to the gas line cost $806.64.
Demand letters have been sent to Challenger Irrigation, Inc. but no response has been received.
Costs relative to this action will include a $175 filing fee, and fees for service of process of approximately $60.
