SUMMARY:
On June 6, 2015, an employee of MJK Consulting Services, Inc. hit a 1-inch gas service line with a track-hoe at 1401 Gulf Blvd., Clearwater, FL. Repairs to the gas line cost $743.08.
Demand letters have been sent to MJK Consulting Services, Inc. but no response has been received.
Costs relative to this action will include a $175 filing fee, and fees for service of process of approximately $60.
