Approve a Mutual Use Agreement with Tampa Bay Water for the installation of a natural gas distribution main and authorize the appropriate officials to execute same. (consent)

SUMMARY:
Clearwater Gas System (CGS) is installing a 6-in. natural gas distribution main along Ballantrae Blvd. in Pasco County, just north of State Road 54. This main extension will serve the new Bexley Ranch neighborhood currently under construction. CGS will need to cross the Tampa Bay Water (TBW) transmission line easement that runs parallel with the Tower Rd right-of-way.
To cross this easement, CGS will have to enter into a Mutual Use Agreement (MUA) with TBW. This agreement will allow CGS to connect our main running north on Ballantrae Blvd and the distribution system within Bexley Ranch.
