SUMMARY: 

On June 14, 2026 notice was given that the City of Clearwater (City) would accept sealed letters of interests (LOIs), beginning on June 14, 2026 through July 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., Local Time, from persons and groups interested in purchasing the property located at 103 N. East Ave., Clearwater, Florida 33755 (Property).

 

Staff recommends declaring the Property surplus and transferring it to the City of Clearwater Community Redevelopment Agency for future redevelopment purposes within the Community Redevelopment Area. The Property is legally described as follows:

 

Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 15 of Gould and Ewing’s 2nd Addition to Clearwater Harbor, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 52 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas was formerly a part.
