Approve the staff recommended funding allocations for use of CDBG funding for Program Year 2025/26.

SUMMARY: 

Applications for funding have been reviewed and ranked.  Scoring included administrative scoring by city staff and strength-of-application scoring by the technical review committee.  City staff has made recommended funding allocations based on overall scoring and available funding.  Following approval, staff will begin preparing a draft Annual Action Plan for Program Year 2025/26 which will begin on October 1, 2025.

2.4 - Supports equitable housing programs that promote household stability and reduce the incidence of homelessness within Clearwater.
2.1 - Strengthen public-private initiatives that attract, develop, and retain diversified business sectors.
