SUMMARY: 

Elevate Safepoint, LLC (Grantor) has granted a non-exclusive five-foot wide natural gas utility easement on property located at 1555 Union Street, Clearwater, and identified as Parcel ID# 02-29-15-25580-000-0010 and 02-29-15-25580-000-0020 for the installation of a natural gas distribution line. 

This line will serve commercial business. The easement grant is sufficient for the City to maintain and replace its facilities as necessary in perpetuity, or until such time as the City determines to abandon its use.
