SUMMARY: 

This amendment will match the funding to the intent as described in Section 2 of the agreement. As currently written, the funding may only be used for STEM-related activities at the maker spaces.  The purpose outlined in Section 2 also includes small business start up, entrepreneurship, job seeking and business marketing support.  This amendment mirrors the item just reviewed by the CRA.  No additional funding is requested.
