Approval of Rate Increases to City Council

SUMMARY:
Approve taking rate increases back to City Council. The Marine and Aviation department is looking at raising to the full rate increase for Recreational Tenants effective October 1, 2026. The Commercial rates will stay at the half rate increase until after construction and then at that point we will conduct another rate study and recommend a commercial rate to City Council.
