SUMMARY:
Intensity Academy LLC is requesting $19,500 in High Impact Funding assistance to produce Fall Y'All at Coachman Park, a free, family-friendly fall festival scheduled for October 3, 2026, at Coachman Park.
The event will feature a variety of family-oriented activities, including a Little Miss and Little Sir Pumpkin Contest, pumpkin decorating, character appearances, food vendors, local artisans, Kids Zone, contests, and additional fall-themed attractions.
The applicant anticipates approximately 3,000 attendees. The total estimated budget is $30,000, of which the applicant is requesting $19,500 from the Downtown Development Board. The remaining $10,500 will be funded through $9,000 in estimated vendor fees and $1,500 in sponsorship revenue.
The applicant previously received DDB funding for this event in 2025. Fall Y'All was held at Coachman Park on October 4-5, 2025. According to Placer.ai, attendance for the two-day event was approximately 6,700. The Downtown Development Board approved $30,000 in High Impact Funding, and the applicant was reimbursed $21,705.44.

Staff Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of High Impact Funding for Fall Y'All in an amount not to exceed $19,500, consistent with the Downtown Development Board High Impact Funding Program Guidelines.
APPROPRIATION CODE AND AMOUNT:
If approved, funding for this grant will be included in the fiscal year 2026/27 proposed budget for Marketing, cost code 1829411-558600.
