Mercado Mosaic Update. Vote to Approve Artist Selected by Public Vote

SUMMARY:
A public survey is now open for citizens to vote for their favorite artist and design concept for the Mercado. The top three artists were selected by a voting panel last year before the project was put on hold. The CRA has created a video overview of the artists' design concepts and vision for the Mercado, available in both English and Spanish. We are requesting the board’s approval of the artist selected by the public as the winner. The Mercado construction is scheduled to be completed by September 30th, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony planned in the following weeks.
