Update on approved FY 26/27 North Greenwood CRA Budget.

SUMMARY:
On July 7, 2026, the North Greenwood CAC recommended for approval the FY 2026-27 budget for the North Greenwood CRA. This budget was approved using the 5.8850 mills for the City Increment Revenue. At the July 16, 2026, City Council Meeting the Council approved to use the rolled back rate which required CRA staff to adjust the revenue of City Increment. It is a difference of $884.
Staff reduced the amount to Economic Development City by that amount.
