SUMMARY:
The Board will be asked to elect a Chair to preside over meetings and guide the conduct of Board business. The Chair will be responsible for facilitating meetings, ensuring orderly discussion, and serving as the primary point of leadership during official proceedings.
The Board will also elect a Vice Chair, who will serve in the absence of the Chair and assume all responsibilities of the Chair when they are unable to attend or participate in a meeting.
The chosen board member will be Chair for the remainder of the 2026 year.
