Approve Design for Coachman Park Mural Wall for Artist Edgar Islas

SUMMARY:
Edgar Islas, also known by his artist name Tutubixi, will be visiting Clearwater from the end of September through October. A renowned artist from Clearwater’s Sister City, Ixmiquilpan, Mexico, Edgar was initially scheduled to participate in our Art Oasis Mural Festival but was unable to secure a visa in time. He was one of the top-scoring muralists in last year's call for artists. We are requesting the board vote and approve one of his design concepts for the final front-facing mural wall in Coachman Park.
