SUMMARY:
This is a request to approve an Encroachment Agreement between Florida Gas Transmission Company, LLC and the City of Clearwater, Florida. CGS Energy seeks to install a two-inch diameter gas distribution pipeline in the area where Florida Gas Transmission Company operates a 16-inch diameter pipeline. This gas line extension is required to serve a new customer located at 7963 Photonics Drive, Trinity, Pasco County, Florida.
