SUMMARY:
On November 7, 2014, a GopowerFree, LLC crewmember cut through a 5/8-in. gas service line with a post hole digger. The cost to repair the gas line was $565.09.
Several letters have been sent to GopowerFree, LLC but no response has been received.
Costs relative to this action will include a $175 filing fee, and fees for service of process of approximately $60.
