SUMMARY: 

Clearwater Tides, LLC (Grantor) has granted a non-exclusive five-foot wide natural gas utility easement on property located at 880 N Osceola Avenue, Clearwater, and identified as Parcel ID# 09-29-15-55249-000-0020 for the installation of a natural gas distribution line. 

This line will serve the Marina Bay Townhomes. The easement grant is sufficient for the City to maintain and replace its facilities as necessary in perpetuity, or until such time as the City determines to abandon its use.
