Recommend City Council approval of the City of Clearwater’s FY 2025-2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).

SUMMARY:
The Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is the principal administrative report documenting the City’s expenditures for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) programs to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Staff is requesting a recommendation to approve the report from NAHAB.

Objective 2.4 - Supports equitable housing programs that promote household stability and reduces the incidence of homelessness within Clearwater.
