SUMMARY: 

This plat will create two lots from an existing 2.38-acre site.

The existing gas station convenience store will be demolished and replaced with two separate buildings.

One building will be a one-story car wash and the other a one-story retail plaza.

This development was reviewed and approved through the Community Development Board on October 19, 2022.
