SUBJECT/RECOMMENDATION:

Body
SUMMARY:
The five vehicles listed below were intended to be removed from service as their replacements came on-line. Due to the closing of the Transfer Station and the critical need to retain these vehicles to assist in the direct hauling of waste to the Pinellas County waste-to-energy plant, the Solid Waste Department is requesting that Council declare these items as restored to service. Once the Transfer Station is re-opened (fall or winter of 2019/2020) the vehicles will be recommended for disposal as surplus equipment.
