Adopt Ordinance 8843-16 on second reading, amending the future land use plan element of the Comprehensive Plan of the city to designate the land use for certain real property whose post office addresses are 2124 and 2125 Bell Cheer Drive and 2143 and 2147 Pleasant Parkway, all within Clearwater, Florida 33764, upon annexation into the City of Clearwater, as Residential Low (RL) and Preservation (P).
