SUMMARY:
On August 1, 2013, a crew with Capital Fiber and Underground Utility Construction, Inc. struck a 1-inch PE service line with a directional drill. The cost to repair the gas line was $698.62.
Several letters sent to Capital Fiber and Underground Utility Construction, Inc. have received no acknowledgment.
Costs relative to this action will include a $175 filing fee, and fees for service of process of approximately $60.
