FDOT requests the City of Clearwater to execute the proposed perpetual easement in support of construction and maintenance of a pedestrian overpass at SR 55 (Northside Dr.) / US19. The easement includes a portion of city right-of-way at the northeast corner of the intersection, on Northside Dr.
